Rule of Law in Canada?

26th May 2025

Last night somehow, I found myself watching CPAC on which there was a panel of three Supreme Court of Canada judges at UVIC answering questions.

One came from a usual member of the public, who had no idea about the court system, requesting the judges’ reactions to bail hearings setting people free after serious crimes. The supreme court does not offer bail as they are a stage way beyond that, however the chief justice in reply mentioned that in Canada the principal is “innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt” so bail, except in extreme cases, is almost mandatory and immediate.

Instantly the case of Tamara Lich came to my mind, where she was arrested on the charge of “mischief” (such a violent, viscous and hateful crime !) and was kept in jail – not a comfortable prison- but in jail, solitary confinement yet, despite not having been convicted of anything for 2 weeks before a bail hearing was even held. Meanwhile, Canada’s bail laws continue to allow habitually violent offenders loose after just a few days or maybe even hours in custody.

The Canadian Criminal Code states: “Persons who are charged with an offence are constitutionally entitled to be released from custody unless Crown Counsel is able to justify their continued detention … including consideration of the background of the accused and risk to the public.” It’s inconceivable that Lich could be considered a risk to anyone. Back to the CPAC program, several times “the rule of law” was mentioned by the trio of judges and it has long been my contention that the rule of law does not actually exist here in Canada, after all, how could there still not be any end to the trial of Barber and Lich after over 3 years. On the other hand, a primary school drama teacher turned politician who used hate speech against that Convoy and all its supporters (and that included me) was not charged with anything under the Criminal Code. Lets not also forget the enactment of the Emergencies Act when a simple conversation could have solved the problem. Rule of Law applied to him? Hell no.

To my mind both the Rule of Law and the Charter of Rights a Freedoms were both abandoned by Trudeau and it remains to be seen if this WEF banker will reinstate them.

Somehow I doubt it.

Canadian Justice gone mad again

September 5th 2023 is the date that two Canadians go on trial for making a fool of Justin Trudeau and his government yet again.

Of all the things that are wrong with Canada the removal of the right to protest the loss of freedoms has led to jail time.   One of the accused has already spent over a month in jail, not prison with all the amenities there, but jail on the charge of “mischief”.  Only in Canada can this miscarriage of justice happen.

Canada once upon a time had a constitution with a built in Canadian Bill of Rights and Freedoms, but they have been caste into the Prime Minister’s file 13 (trash can for those who haven’t worked in a physical office), maybe to be reintroduced by a future government because it was never repealed, simply ignored as an unnecessary inconvenience.

There was a spontaneous protest by Canadian truckers against the illegal, coercive mandates issued by the then Transport Minister – obviously instructed to do so by a prime minister whose family trust owned a percentage of the mRNA jabs system he was pushing so hard. The transport minister obeyed with an eagerness and vindictiveness that was plain for all to see on the CBC broadcasts.

However, this protest struck an international chord and soon other truckers in other countries followed the Canadian lead. Instead of talking or even better, as democracy would suggest, listening to the problems he had caused, police from all over were called in through an invocation of the Emergency Act to put a violent end to the event.  This was rather like taking a sledge hammer to crush an ant.  What had started out and continued as a peaceful protest ended in outright violence from one side only and the gleeful freezing of bank accounts. Second time around for violent Bill Blair (Toronto G20) who now controls the Canadian military instead of the thuggish police so what does that tell you?

Tamara Lich surrendered to police without any hint of resistance and was charged with mischief.  Those who had caused this whole problem and acted with arrogance and distain cheered as she spent over a month in jail, and was only released eventually with restrictions that would have caused any normal person to question just where the rule of law had gone. I could only assume that it joined the Canadian Bill of Rights and Freedoms in Trudeau’s file 13, or simply that the judge was ignorant of the Charter and was having another bad hair day. Certainly, those charged with violent crimes up to and including rape and battery have been and continue to be released the same day on bail, but “mischief” now requires the judicial kitchen sink..

So a woman who coordinated the event is being dragged to court again not so much for what she actually did but more for the fact she showed up the pathetic actions of a government and PM bereft of any real ideas or concept of democracy but which are ruled and directed by the WEF and WHO and of course profit for the family trust.

I make no apologies for supporting this protest through both the fund raising platforms, and since I did not get my money back from either I assume that it is being held in escrow for one Zexi Li

Oh boy what a windfall for her.  Not my measly contribution but her share in the $14 million or so sitting in that escrow account.  Bet Trudeau wishes he could find a way to get some of that for his reelection campaign, even 1% !!!.

I imagine CBC might report some of it, but I am sure it will be available thtough the real news on line such as Rebel News!.

I will be watching.

HUMAN RIGHTS IN CANADA ?

Tamara’s Rights?

Everyone in the world is entitled to the same fundamental human rights. There are 30 of them, in fact. They are the universal human rights that we, as citizens of this world, have agreed we are all entitled to. They include the right to live free from torture, the right to live free from slavery, the right to own property, and the right to equality and dignity, and to live free from all forms of discrimination.

So how does this apply to Tamara Lich?

It does not as she had the temerity to challenge Trudeau’s demolishing of the Constitution Act of 1982 and its embedded Charter of Rights and Freedoms with a peaceful demonstration of objection by truckers largely jabbed with the Trudeau Foundation’s money maker. See Aquitas and their LNP delivery system

She was arrested as we all expected for promoting mischief!  However, she now resides in jail – not prison – without bail as one of Trudeau’s tame judges refused her bail and threatened her with 10 years in jail.

Meanwhile the desecrator of the Canadian Constitution and Charter of Rights and Freedoms is promoting those rights and freedoms around the world, particularly in Ukraine (naturally as his pet and co-conspirator Freeland has roots there as well as with the Nazi Party of last century) and meanwhile he is destroying those same rights here in Canada.  This man is more out of control that Putin. His lack of compassion for a fellow Canadian, who stood up for those rights, by insisting that Tamara should be held in a holding cell indefinitely, speaks volumes to his vicious demeaning of a woman who believes in Freedom.

Illegal mandates are still in effect for all those who work in the federaly regulated transportation sector, limiting their ability to earn a living thanks to the illegal coercion being delivered by Trudeau’s lapdog Alghabra, the Minister of Transport for the corporation of Canada.

The Human Rights Commission of Canada is allowing this torturous and inhumane  jailing to happen in the same way that they are allowing the Minister of Finance to attack, without a warrant or any liabilty, the bank accounts of anyone who supported the Freedom Convoy with their hard earned money.  There is nothing legal here, but legality means nothing to the PM and his Cruella de Ville.   Perhaps that freezing of bank accounts should also apply to anyone foolish enough to donate to the Liberal Party of Canada. After all they are against the Constitution and the Charter and believe in violence towards women specially an indigenous one of advanced age with a walker who was talking about peace and love moments before she was struck down by a horse!

Some feminist, eh?

Over all the rating of this PM and his sidekick out of 100 is zero, but then what do they care because Klaus will look after them.

I can see the next election, if we ever have one, will be a mixture of Conservatives (no matter who is their leader) and Bloc and a small smattering of Greens, with very few if any Liberal or NDP members of parliament.

Congratulations Trudeau on destroying the dream of Canada and Canadians.  Klaus must be very proud of you, but what will you tell your children when they are old enough to ask questions?
