Re: the WHO

It has come to my attention that the WHO, headed by a Bill Gates bought and paid for appointee (whose apparent knowledge of medicine depends on the pharma corporations and of course Bill Gates’s dictates), wants to make an agreement with member countries.

This agreement, as I understand it, means that the WHO will dictate to you as Health Minister (and Health Canada as an offshoot retail advisor for the pharmaceutical corporations) what, how and when to treat all citizens for an obviously new pandemic on the horizon. The certainty of this is apparent by their wanting this agreement now.They will certainly dictate what jabs (tested or not) the Canadian people should be coerced into receiving, along with more masks, shutdowns of everything – except big box store and grocery chain corporations –  and the isolation of the elderly and school children. We were well prepared for this by our PM, Teresa Tam and Bonnie Henry to mention a few – you too for that matter over the recent “pandemic”.

I also understand that this unelected body is attempting to take over our legal system and courts as well in order to enforce their “international dictates” as international law overriding local court jurisdiction. The Canadian courts are already a sham but at least they are our own sham.

If we have not yet signed this ridiculous agreement, and I expect our WEF devotees, PM and Deputy PM, have already agreed to do so, I suggest that in order to keep your Ministry you throw as many spanners in the works as possible.  After all, if the WHO is going to tell our PM and Deputy PM what to do to the Canadian people then what is the point of having a Health Minister? The same applies to our legal system therefore also making the Justice Minister and AG redundant positions.

It seems to me that unelected entities are lining up to tell the Canadian people through their dysfunctional and undemocratic federal administration what to do: EU, WHO, IMF, BIS, WEF, NATO and of course the USA which is behind all of them. Not only that but it appears we will be paying them exorbitant amounts of taxpayers’ money to control us.

Meanwhile we are ignoring the SCO and BRICKS and their concept of a multi-polar world of peace and cooperation.

I do not consent to this abandonment of our health sovereignty to go along with your complete lack of understanding for what democracy is or respect for Canadian voters who just might wake up soon.

Abandoned Canadian Laws ?

As our legal Minister in Canada, it is your responsibility to watch over the laws of Canada and to ensure that they are not contravened.

This I believe you have failed to do:

You failed to ensure that the Charter of Rights and Freedoms embedded in the highest law of Canada, the Constitution Act of 1982, was and is adhered to. You allowed the Prime Minister and various Ministers along with unelected federal and municipal employees – the so-called Health officers both federal and provincial – to issue mandates (not laws) which removed those Rights and Freedoms.

You allowed the Prime Minister to issue propaganda over a strain of the flu in accordance with the wishes of both himself, Anthony Fauci (American), Bill Gates (American), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus (head of US owned WHO), and eventually big Pharma.  You allowed him to close down the country by issuing closure notices to not only small business but also family gatherings and yet allowed big corporations such as Costco, Walmart, Loblaw etc., to not only stay open but to make bigger than usual profits.  Masking, social distancing, handwashing requirements etc., were useless in flattening the curve which happens every flu season.  The concept of natural immunity was and still is ridiculed by this regime.

When the toxic mRNA anti  “covid” shots were developed you allowed Health Canada to give their approval in spite of the lack of testing on either animals or humans, and with no idea if they would be effective either in catching or transmitting this particular strain of the seasonal flu, and with absolutely no idea about the short or long term effects of these experimental jabs.  Which law allows Health Canada and the  Minister  of Health to do that?

When these jabs were approved erroneously by Health Canada, you allowed the Prime Minister and his unelected federal and provincial health “doctors” to issue mandates which split the country between those panicked by the propaganda about this flu and those who saw through the fraud.  Even today those same health “doctors” – such as Teresa Tam – are still pushing a flawed jab with its boosters and asking people to get more of them even though they have proved ineffective in either flattening the curve or offering protection. The only people who benefited from these jabs were those mentioned above (see “B”) who had a financial stake in their being administered far and wide not only in Canada but throughout the world.

It is great relief that I read that only 3% of new born babies and children under 5 in Canada have been physically abused by this jab

You ignored the Criminal Code of Canada in respect to coercion when it was get jabbed or loose a job.

You allowed the laws on hate speech to be disregarded if they are uttered in person by someone who should know better:

He also said :

Does he really think that most Canadians do not care about the Charter of Rights and Freedoms? Does he really think that a peaceful protest that raised 3 times as much money in 3 weeks than the Federal Liberals raised in the three months prior to the last election was donated to by a fringe minority?

From your mandate letter:

“Work with Members of Parliament across parties to secure swift passage of legislation to make it a criminal offence to obstruct access to health services and to intimidate or threaten healthcare professionals or Canadians receiving health care”.

Just how did the mandates re jabbing help with that?  How many doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners left the health care industry rather than take a toxic jab or because they could not keep faith with their Hippocratic Oath and so had their licenses withdrawn by the various colleges of physicians and surgeons because they actually wanted to practice medicine? With this decrease in medical personnel comes the current health care problems due to lack of staff, and no amount of money will cure that.

“Continue to work with the Minister of Seniors to strengthen Canada’s approach to elder abuse by finalizing the national definition of elder abuse, investing in better data collection and establishing new offences and penalties in the Criminal Code related to elder abuse”.

Forcing elders to die alone could not be elder abuse, could it? But then the Criminal Code has/is being abused anyway.

“Canadians expect us to work hard, speak truthfully and be committed to advancing their interests and aspirations. When we make mistakes – as we all will – Canadians expect us to acknowledge them, and most importantly, to learn from them.”

Yes, right…!!!

Since when does a grandmother charged with Mischief have to spend 42 days in jail with a court date for next year sometime, while those charged with weapons crimes at Coutts were released on bail almost immediately?

So now we know that defending the Charter of Rights and Freedoms by a peaceful protest with no violent intentions or actions is a very serious crime.  No wonder Canadians are concerned about the future direction of this country.   I guess its “you will have nothing and be happy about it” eh?

The use of the Emergency Act to end a peaceful, legal protest which was threatening to restore some sort of democracy by intending to have a dialogue with an unwilling, Stalinesque government simply showed that our Canadian government is neither interested in the Canadian people nor democracy being restored even in a small way. You helped by not pointing out there were not sufficient grounds for the invocation of that Act.

Oh yes one final thing:

Zexi Li, a young woman in Ottawa, is standing to gain some $4 million in damages already in escrow for her from the donations made to the Freedom Convoy….sounds typical of our new national identity – me first.

I do not approve of this administration and its anti-Canadian actions, and I do not approve of our Attorney General and Minister of Justice allowing these monstrous events to happen.

Is Justice tied to the rule of law?

The state of justice in the USA

And a little now in Canada

Well, Friday 31st January 2020 confirmed what most of us think about the state of justice in the USA.

If you are black person specially or for that matter any person of colour (other than orange that is) and you are lucky enough not to be shot by the police simply because you are black and they feel it their duty to gun you down, you cannot expect a fair trial.  Your colour will always be a prejudice against you and you will most likely go to jail whether or not you are guilty of even a simple perceived traffic violation.

If on the other hand you are what comedian talk show host Bill Maher described as an angry orangutan you will not even receive a proper trial; because in your case there will be no witnesses called at your trial and your obedient republican members of the senate – minus one  (in spite of their oaths which clearly meant nothing) will render a partisan verdict of not guilty.  The interest and support of the US constitution has been abandoned in favour of a man of prejudice, bigotry and white supremacist beliefs who delighted in ordering and boasted about the killing of a man on a peace mission bringing us to the very brink of WW3. Peace in the middle east is not in the interest of either the USA (money) or Israel (lust for power and land), and so any real peace maker had to be gunned down.

Justice demands a fair trial because no man/woman should be above the law, and a fair trial must include witnesses from both sides. Since this was refused then one has to assume that the president of the USA is above the law (so much for their vaunted constitution), or that a fair trial could not and would not be held in this case to prevent impeachment of someone whose desire for personal success is paramount and everyone else is just a utensil.

The not guilty verdict unleashed a barrage of ugly tweets from a somewhat deranged person, followed last week with the presidential pardon of some serious criminals just like him.  I think it is a fairly safe bet that Roger Stone will only serve a few days in jail if at all.

The home of “the brave and free” is now blessed by a devilish reality show host for a president, not some form of mythical god and unless the good people of the USA do something about it they will suffer for many years of agony.

Now regretfully there is an unhealthy discussion here in Canada too, what else can you expect from Canada’s version of the republican party, concerning “whiteman’s law” and the original peoples’ law long preceding the Magna Carta.  Somehow we are arrogant enough to think our modern version is better.

What will it take to get us all to accept that we are all human beings regardless of our skin colour, religious beliefs, orientation, or desire to just live in peace; just let our national pride out when we play games against each other.  Would that be too much to ask?

Wet’suwet’en

We now have our own version of Standing Rock here in Canada, involving real people who live as they have for millennia on unceded territory in British Columbia.

Under the Indian Act, it was decreed that there would be elections on reservations etc., to run those reserves and those who won the brass goose would be called elected chiefs.  Problem is that like almost every politician in North America, they are subject to the bribes or threats of the corporate powers whose only interest is money.  These elected chiefs in Wet’suwet’en,  for whichever of the above reasons, fell in line with the power structure (read corporate right and profit versus peoples’ rights) and here is where the whole problem arises. 

The elected chiefs are there to run their reserves as businesses and in accordance to the scraps given them by federal and provincial money, and even smaller scraps by corporate powers plundering their lands.

The Hereditary Chiefs are there to ensure that the way of life, the land, the waters and the air are not irreparably damaged for those yet to come. They too are the keepers of history and tradition and that includes sacred lands where their ancestors are buried.

The Hereditary Chiefs are not bound by threats of less money or the promise of more money as that is not their way.  Their way is the way of the land as it has been for thousands of years.  Because of their stewardship of the land, air and water it is all still there for their people and they are trying to make sure that it will be next year, next decade and next century.  Don’t try and tell them they can’t get by without money, for money is only a new imposition upon them since the foreigners attacked and stole some of this land a few centuries ago and introduced them to European ways of treachery.

Under the leadership of the Hereditary Chiefs, there are still animals to trap, water to drink and clean air to breathe and life experiences to be taught to the young people; that is all under attack by corporate greed with elected people from Canada and BC in full agreement.  

 Only when the last tree has died

and the last fish has been caught
will we realize that we can’t eat money  (Native American Proverb)

So what is happening in the unceded territory of the Wet’suwet’en is an affront to all those who agree with and have signed on to the United Nations Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.  Can you imagine the outcry if the Algonquin territory upon which our capital is built, was to be taken back and turned into a massive amusement park? Oh, actually I suppose it has already if you have a twisted sense of humour, for it is becoming more and more difficult to differentiate between politicians and willful children pretending to have fun.

 If this is what it means when the PM reiterates over and over again that the most important relationship the government has is with our First Nations, Inuit and Metis, then we are in a period of time travelling with Alice through her looking glass.
