Surprise BC !

We apparently are not part of Canada

“There are two good things in life – freedom of thought and freedom of action”.               W. Somerset Maugham

Here in BC we are used to forest fires every year, floods most years and we are able live through them. A couple of years ago we had an “atmospheric river” hang over the Fraser Valley and into the interior, causing major flooding of towns and  farms, and washing out roads and bridges cutting off the Canadian supply lines into and out of the Vancouver docks. People died along with a huge number of livestock near Abbotsford and fruit and veggie  crops were wiped out. This was a local emergency requiring just some help from the federal military to help fill sandbags.  We handled the rest here in BC.

Well, Paul Rouleau came out with his politically expedient judgment on the Emergency Act invoked by that high and mighty PM.

The clear level of danger to Canadian national security was apparently met in the view he expressed.

Either my mind is broken or I am missing something very important.

All the non-violent border blockades which did have an economic factor, but not a national security factor, were lifted prior to the invoking of the Act, so all that was left were the peaceful, Canada loving Freedom Convoy truckers in Ottawa. They wanted to talk but were denied that right by a PM who was more interested in labeling them than listening to them.   There was a claim that violence could break out by the citizens of Ottawa if they did not get their wish to have those truckers gone without any settlement of the Freedom issue. Their local citizen ‘freedom’ was more important than the national freedom.

The CBC had a synopsis of the report which had several points:

“Protesters wanted to be obeyed not heard”

There was a very small element that wanted a MOU delivered but was rejected as not legitimate or relevant to the freedom movement, and it was denied by the Convoy but not by the propaganda machines CBC etc.,.

“No leadership with which to negotiate”

Strange how the City and police were in constant communication with leaders who held daily press conferences (not attended by government media) and were eventually arrested for mischief and held in jail without bail for weeks, and who still have to live their lives under judicial supervision.

“No ability to control people at protests across the country”

Here we go again with this control of the people issue, particularly those who have a legitimate right to protest what they consider illegal actions by a WEF driven government.  The border crossings blockades may have been inspired by the Freedom Convoy, but were not directly connected.  The need for action had been shown to the world and the mantle was picked up at border crossings.

“Many protestors were peaceful but protests were not”

Now what the heck does that mean?  CBC double speak propaganda at its finest is the best I can come up with.

I have not read the report and do not intend to as it claims something which never happened.

So anyway, as I sit here on Vancouver Island, as I did a year ago when I felt no threat to Canadian National security from anyone except the government, which was and still is determined to decimate our Constitution Act 1982 with its embedded Charter of Rights and Freedoms, our supposed Rule of Law, along with any small shred of democracy that exists in name only and a parliament that supposedly works for the people not the WEF and its pathetic hangers on.

Here I still am having watched most of the hearings and watched the videos of a year ago, showing the baton wielding police, backed by some kind of military armed to the teeth and RCMP horses stomping an indigenous old lady, bring that violence to the nonviolent protestors who I understand were already getting ready to leave, and I am/was supposed to feel threatened by the truckers? I spent years driving long-haul all-over Canada and the US and should have been there with my fellow truckers. Alas, I could not be and I still regret it. Yes, the federal and provincial governments are a threat to me but I see no act (Emergency or otherwise) being used to get rid of them.   The answer I am told is vote out those you want out, but in doing so the first past the post system will not change unless there is a minority government with the control in the hands of small parties and or independents.  Block voting undemocratic parties must go the way of the dodo.  We have now had two elections since the last ‘first past the post’ election was declared to have taken place in 2015 and that was another broken promise.

“Sunny days are here again” turns out to be for corporate interests not the Canadian people.

Meanwhile, I am supposed to believe that the Freedom Convoy protestors were a threat to our national security but the extraordinarily violent “police” force was not?    Of course they were not as they had a ‘get out of jail’ card since they were ordered into being by our PM, backed by Freeland (freezing money – such a dirty trick but typical), Blair and Mendicino to create the violent national security situation they were supposed to be removing.  Where was our AG at this time?  Hiding under his desk most likely.  This whole thing reflected badly on Canada around a world which was watching our truckers trying to protect freedom with great interest.

Violent suppression is more akin to tinpot dictatorships than a supposedly democratic law-abiding country.

Now we have the vindication our PM organized so well, and Canada steps one more pace into an undemocratic, unjust and unlawful land mass at the beck and call of the WEF.  “You will own nothing and be happy” and you will welcome all future invoking of the Emergency Act to defend the indefensible acts of this or a future regime.

Yesterday’s news people, move on; there is nothing here to cause you to worry about the future your children and grandchildren will face !

Peace,

Jeremy

Emergency Act Commission

23rd November

“As long as the world shall last there will be wrongs, and if no man objected and no man rebelled, those wrongs would last forever”: Clarence Darrow

I have been following most or at least as much as I can of the hearings about the invocation of the Emergency Act by our dictator here in Canada.

Of the early witnesses it was pretty obvious that the original protest was a convoy of truckers and their supporters arriving in Ottawa from all over the country, starting from the west and supported along the entire route by thousands and thousands of people standing in the frigid Canadian winter to offer enthusiastic and loving support for their efforts.

What was that aim?

To protect the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

How was that being threatened?

The right to protect one’s own body from untested, experimental and unnecessary jabs; the right to work; the right to carry on a small or family business; the right to support our elders as they died; the right to an education, the right to family doctors who could and would practice medicine, not government voodoo, the right to meet and greet family and friends and soo much more were all being removed to support a fake plandemic which added greatly to our dictator’s family trust wealth.

I have just watched three days of ministers testifying and they all seem to be stressing the illegality of this convoy’s protest in Ottawa, and claiming how fearful they were of threats of violence against themselves. Wait a minute don’t they all have panic buttons now?  Clearly, that brilliant idea failed.  It also was not clear if those threats they feared so much were coming from annoyed Ottawa resident counter-protestors or peaceful truckers.

Funny how Senator Batters claimed in a speech to the Senate that she had never felt so safe walking in Ottawa as she had when the convoy was there; funny how well fed the homeless of Ottawa were with trailer loads of food for them and barbeques from which they could eat warm food; funny that the truckers cleared snow, collected garbage, protected statues and memorials, installed port-a-potties, held street hockey games, bouncy castles and dances to which everyone as welcome.    So un-Canadian, so dangerous, so intimidating, so unfriendly and amazing that all those things threatened our MPs.  Good grief.

I should point out that here in BC I too was threatened with the loss of my job by coercive mandates from puppet Alghabra and by ignorant PM hate speech (neither of which was ever charged under the criminal code) and which included the suggestion that there should not be room for me in Canada.  I simply considered the petulant source and laughed, knowing for whom there should not be room in Canada as the WEF beckons.

Mendicino clearly was out of his depth and really had no clue what “Public Safety” should be nor the difference between peaceful protest where the only threat of violence came from the counter-protestors, and whose interest in meeting with the Convoy to find out what they wanted was absent.

Blair was simply waiting for the excuse to repeat his police actions in Toronto a few years ago and he was squirming in his seat in ecstasy when recalling the same sort of police action he created in Toronto during a G 20 meeting a few years ago.  The man is gross and so insecure that he stumbles at great speed over his words. His reference to his belief that The Charter allows for peaceful protests is interesting in that he refers to a charter that to all intents and purposes no longer matters to his cabinet cohorts.

Also, Blair thought hate speech could inflame fear and spark violence – yes, I too was attacked by no lesser fear-monger than the PM and no one came to my rescue when I thought he might try to expel me from Canada (good luck) – however, as mentioned above I just considered the source and refrained from violence

LeBlanc used the word “illegal” 33 times to describe the convoy and added the “very dangerous” almost as many times.  Dangerous to who one must ask?  Who got hurt prior to the invoking of the EA?

Alghabra: Claims, as does the PM, that they were reelected on their proposed mandates on jabbing especially for the transport sector That is false – they were reelected in a minority as there was no viable alternative, but if the intention to cancel the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and abandon the Criminal Code on coercion and hate speech had been declared almost any alternative would have been chosen by Canadians. Perhaps it would be worth noting that his often-used expression of fear for violence did not materialize until the police used their Blair tactics of violence.

This minister met with every corporate organization concerned with making money on the backs of truckers who were supposed to get jabbed and came to Ottawa just wanting to have a discussion with him. No such luck as they were only important to be decried.

As the Canadian Truckers, Association and apparently the Teamsters Union were not supportive of this protest ( even though it was applauded by and copied by many other countries around the world)  because they too are only interested in cash on the barrel head, next time the Minister of Transport and PM overstep their legal authorities as they almost certainly will, all truckers should book off simultaneous for vacations of at least 3 weeks.  If only 75% did this oh boy, and no emergency act would help one little bit.

The summary of the ministers’ testimony to me is that the only players to be considered/meet with were police and levels of government but not the most important people: the Freedom Convoy.  No one from the Federal government wanted to speak to their shortcomings concerning their representation of Canadians and their abandoning of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Strange thing that almost everyone has stated that the EA was invoked to stop blockades and an “illegal” occupation, yet when it was actually invoked the only problem was in Ottawa, and the violence so often expressed as being just below the surface finally came almost exclusively from the military police empowered by the EA.

Now I wait for the liar-in-chief to appear on Friday which I will watch on Saturday and maybe finish this if I can retain some sort of sanity.

Well yes, I did eventually get to watch the deputy PM (and WEF director)  waste everyone’s time by explaining in greater detail than a child of 10 would require and not really answering any question with a straight answer and thereby limiting the number of questions that could be asked of her, and the evasiveness made me cringe.  Again, we are given this image of impending violence from peaceful truckers who simply wanted to TALK or have a meeting with their federal government concerning the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and why it did not apply to Canadians anymore.

As for the PM even though he swore on a bible (WEF Version?) and gave the most important answers in French with no translation, I never doubted for a moment that he was lying about his desire to invoke the EA as he had wanted to invoke it for his plandemic a couple of years ago.  Clearly, he wanted the ice broken so that whenever he loses control of a situation, he can invoke it again.  It is sad that we have fallen so low not only in our own estimation but in that of the world as well. Must we be the laughingstock of the world?  Yes, I guess so until we are actually and officially part of the WEF.

No matter how hard I try I cannot put myself into Trudeau’s way of thinking. I try to understand and allow others to have their own opinions, but when those opinions are based on a particular god, Klaus Schwab, and his WEF church, I have to wonder about the Christian concept of

“Treat thy neigbours as you would have them treat you”

Gone with the democracy and sovereignty we thought we had in Canada, I guess because there is no profit in it.

Wednesday 9th February 2022

Once again, this morning I watched the “ugly three” ministers on the Freedom Convoy 2022.  I do not man that they are facially ugly but their attitudes most definitely are.

Their common theme today was that all these demonstrations are breaking the law.   Ok, just which law has been enacted by the federal “government” to allow coercive mandates to be imposed in complete contradiction to our Charter of Rights and Freedoms?

BILL BLAIR, the Butcher of Toronto.  The man who controlled the most aggressively brutal police forces during the G20 meeting in Toronto. No one will ever forget that female enforcement officer’s feral look on her face as she battered a peaceful protester. Nor will we forget the sight of a small circle of Canadians sitting peacefully singing Oh Canada right before the tear gas was fired and the circle attacked viciously and dragged away to detention. How many protesters were assaulted by your glorious police sworn to serve and protect the people?  Thanks Bill.   Your attitude towards lawful actions speaks clearly in your past actions, and the look on your face today was clear that you haven’t forgotten and ……

MARCO MENDICINO:

Your ability to avoid answering the questions while repeating ad nauseum that the “unlawful” protests were under control is amazing.  Clearly the control belongs to the truckers, not the massed police forces.  You can increase the police and it will not alter that determination of the truckers to get back the FREEDOM taken away by illegal and coercive mandates. Perhaps it is time for you to acknowledge that the people of Canada mostly realise that FREEDOM is important and are beginning to understand that they have lost theirs.

“No one is above the law”   Really?

The criminal code is not the law?

The Charter of Rights and Freedoms part of the Constitution Act 1982 is not the law?

When the government of Canada recognizes that they too must abide by the law of the land instead of the law according to Trudeau they will have the right to claim that we are a democracy (that’s a joke now) with a rule of law.  Until then be careful what you say.

OMAR ALGHABRA:

Your mandates in the federally controlled sections in the transportation industry are the cause of this truckers FREEDOM Convoy.  My employer in the marine sector was obliged by you to attempt to coerce me into taking an untested, unapproved jab I did not and still do not want. They however recognized that I have the right to not accept this coercion but I must be tested before I perform shifts.  Being in BC I have to pay for all tests  (including the rapid tests being given away in other jurisdictions like boxes of candy on Halloween).

The answer to this whole glorious absolutely Canadian mess is so simple but the three of you are so terrified of losing your cushy jobs by offending his pharmaceutical majesty Trudeau, that you will not acknowledge it.

Remove the illegal coercive mandates and within hours the problem will be solved.

By listening to the millions of supporters all over Canada for these truckers asking for FREEDOM from mandates that tell them ‘get jabbed or lose their job’, you will end the Canadian portion of this now worldwide protest.  Somehow, I believe you will find support from your Liberal comrades in your caucus.   By the way if you doubt what I say forget about massive foreign donations and realise that Canadians have raised more money in less time for these Truckers than the Liberal party could hope for this year.

What we all want is for the truck drivers to get back to work, for illegal coercive mandate to be done and gone, for Trudeau’s antifa to go back into hiding again, and for Canada to open up again and acknowledge that flu season is still upon us and we have survived them before and will again.

For Canada’s sake wake up and act for us all for a change.
