Emergency Act Commission

23rd November

“As long as the world shall last there will be wrongs, and if no man objected and no man rebelled, those wrongs would last forever”: Clarence Darrow

I have been following most or at least as much as I can of the hearings about the invocation of the Emergency Act by our dictator here in Canada.

Of the early witnesses it was pretty obvious that the original protest was a convoy of truckers and their supporters arriving in Ottawa from all over the country, starting from the west and supported along the entire route by thousands and thousands of people standing in the frigid Canadian winter to offer enthusiastic and loving support for their efforts.

What was that aim?

To protect the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

How was that being threatened?

The right to protect one’s own body from untested, experimental and unnecessary jabs; the right to work; the right to carry on a small or family business; the right to support our elders as they died; the right to an education, the right to family doctors who could and would practice medicine, not government voodoo, the right to meet and greet family and friends and soo much more were all being removed to support a fake plandemic which added greatly to our dictator’s family trust wealth.

I have just watched three days of ministers testifying and they all seem to be stressing the illegality of this convoy’s protest in Ottawa, and claiming how fearful they were of threats of violence against themselves. Wait a minute don’t they all have panic buttons now?  Clearly, that brilliant idea failed.  It also was not clear if those threats they feared so much were coming from annoyed Ottawa resident counter-protestors or peaceful truckers.

Funny how Senator Batters claimed in a speech to the Senate that she had never felt so safe walking in Ottawa as she had when the convoy was there; funny how well fed the homeless of Ottawa were with trailer loads of food for them and barbeques from which they could eat warm food; funny that the truckers cleared snow, collected garbage, protected statues and memorials, installed port-a-potties, held street hockey games, bouncy castles and dances to which everyone as welcome.    So un-Canadian, so dangerous, so intimidating, so unfriendly and amazing that all those things threatened our MPs.  Good grief.

I should point out that here in BC I too was threatened with the loss of my job by coercive mandates from puppet Alghabra and by ignorant PM hate speech (neither of which was ever charged under the criminal code) and which included the suggestion that there should not be room for me in Canada.  I simply considered the petulant source and laughed, knowing for whom there should not be room in Canada as the WEF beckons.

Mendicino clearly was out of his depth and really had no clue what “Public Safety” should be nor the difference between peaceful protest where the only threat of violence came from the counter-protestors, and whose interest in meeting with the Convoy to find out what they wanted was absent.

Blair was simply waiting for the excuse to repeat his police actions in Toronto a few years ago and he was squirming in his seat in ecstasy when recalling the same sort of police action he created in Toronto during a G 20 meeting a few years ago.  The man is gross and so insecure that he stumbles at great speed over his words. His reference to his belief that The Charter allows for peaceful protests is interesting in that he refers to a charter that to all intents and purposes no longer matters to his cabinet cohorts.

Also, Blair thought hate speech could inflame fear and spark violence – yes, I too was attacked by no lesser fear-monger than the PM and no one came to my rescue when I thought he might try to expel me from Canada (good luck) – however, as mentioned above I just considered the source and refrained from violence

LeBlanc used the word “illegal” 33 times to describe the convoy and added the “very dangerous” almost as many times.  Dangerous to who one must ask?  Who got hurt prior to the invoking of the EA?

Alghabra: Claims, as does the PM, that they were reelected on their proposed mandates on jabbing especially for the transport sector That is false – they were reelected in a minority as there was no viable alternative, but if the intention to cancel the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and abandon the Criminal Code on coercion and hate speech had been declared almost any alternative would have been chosen by Canadians. Perhaps it would be worth noting that his often-used expression of fear for violence did not materialize until the police used their Blair tactics of violence.

This minister met with every corporate organization concerned with making money on the backs of truckers who were supposed to get jabbed and came to Ottawa just wanting to have a discussion with him. No such luck as they were only important to be decried.

As the Canadian Truckers, Association and apparently the Teamsters Union were not supportive of this protest ( even though it was applauded by and copied by many other countries around the world)  because they too are only interested in cash on the barrel head, next time the Minister of Transport and PM overstep their legal authorities as they almost certainly will, all truckers should book off simultaneous for vacations of at least 3 weeks.  If only 75% did this oh boy, and no emergency act would help one little bit.

The summary of the ministers’ testimony to me is that the only players to be considered/meet with were police and levels of government but not the most important people: the Freedom Convoy.  No one from the Federal government wanted to speak to their shortcomings concerning their representation of Canadians and their abandoning of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Strange thing that almost everyone has stated that the EA was invoked to stop blockades and an “illegal” occupation, yet when it was actually invoked the only problem was in Ottawa, and the violence so often expressed as being just below the surface finally came almost exclusively from the military police empowered by the EA.

Now I wait for the liar-in-chief to appear on Friday which I will watch on Saturday and maybe finish this if I can retain some sort of sanity.

Well yes, I did eventually get to watch the deputy PM (and WEF director)  waste everyone’s time by explaining in greater detail than a child of 10 would require and not really answering any question with a straight answer and thereby limiting the number of questions that could be asked of her, and the evasiveness made me cringe.  Again, we are given this image of impending violence from peaceful truckers who simply wanted to TALK or have a meeting with their federal government concerning the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and why it did not apply to Canadians anymore.

As for the PM even though he swore on a bible (WEF Version?) and gave the most important answers in French with no translation, I never doubted for a moment that he was lying about his desire to invoke the EA as he had wanted to invoke it for his plandemic a couple of years ago.  Clearly, he wanted the ice broken so that whenever he loses control of a situation, he can invoke it again.  It is sad that we have fallen so low not only in our own estimation but in that of the world as well. Must we be the laughingstock of the world?  Yes, I guess so until we are actually and officially part of the WEF.

No matter how hard I try I cannot put myself into Trudeau’s way of thinking. I try to understand and allow others to have their own opinions, but when those opinions are based on a particular god, Klaus Schwab, and his WEF church, I have to wonder about the Christian concept of

“Treat thy neigbours as you would have them treat you”

Gone with the democracy and sovereignty we thought we had in Canada, I guess because there is no profit in it.

Democracy oh Democracy where are you?

Where is democracy in Canada now?

“The more we do to you, the less you seem to believe we are doing it”.    Joseph Mengele

The concept of democracy is that people vote for their representatives for all levels of government, and those elected represent their constituents to the ruling body, in our case our House of ill repute, and clearly that is not happening in Canada.

Just this month the people of Ontario were given their opportunity to vote, and such was the discontent with Ontario’s government that many did not even bother to vote as they knew that they are not and will not be represented.  This does not only apply to Ontario, but when a populace decides not to even bother to vote it speaks volumes for the state of our democracy in Canada.

We no longer have representatives in Canada at any level who are interested in their constituents but simply tow the party line which is mostly dictated by the corporate power

“Liberty lies in the hearts of men and women; when it dies there, no constitution, no law, no court can save it; no constitution, no law, no court can even do much to help it.”   Judge Learned Hand

Our system should allow for checks and balances but it does not. Federally we have a senate which is supposed to be a house of sober second thought to our House of ill Repute, and when they recently got a chance to hold that house of ill repute in check by appearing ready to refuse to agree to the emergency powers illegally invoked by our “nice hair” drama teacher, he simply reversed himself and revoked those emergency powers. The Senate was not needed in this case but it appears they were ready for once to act on behalf of Canadians and their freedoms

Will we need a new constitution written by Klaus Schwab who is not interested in provincial powers?

‘The truth often evades being recognized due to its utter incredibility’   Pericles?

Is that what we want, or are we willing to actually demand of our representatives that they act for us rather than against us?

‘Civil disobedience becomes a sacred duty when the state becomes lawless and corrupt’.  Mahatma Ghandi

However, one thing is very clear Canada is NOT a democratic country

Trudeau, the Forked Tongue Canadian

How do we stop this pathetic little man from making a fool of himself?

We need to find a way of keeping Trudeau here at home where he cannot make such a fool of himself, and thus Canada, on the world stage. We expect it here in Canada and now we know the world expects it too.

Speaking from the Commonwealth summit in Rwanda Friday, Trudeau told reporters that no rights should be taken for granted. “Today I think of those generations of women around the world and specifically in the United States who fought so hard to gain rights … and are facing this devastating setback,” he said. “It shows how much standing up and fighting for rights matters every day.”

The European government told him not to come back to spread his lies and hypocrisy and yet he continues to do just that.

While here at home his attitude towards those who try and protect their rights granted in our Charter of Rights and Freedoms is one of hate, and he reacted with violent and aggressive military style suppression to the Freedom Convoy but now he claims that standing up for those rights matter every day!

Perhaps this whimp of a feminist should have it explained to him that rights and freedoms belong to everyone and indeed everything, not just to women.

Hypocrisy has a new champion and it is Justin Trudeau, ably supported by his Sancho Panza and fellow WEF member, Jasmeet Singh, and his donkey the NDP.

The separation of Canadians into a two-tiered system is astounding, more so as soo many are accepting it as the new Trudeau normal.  Generally, Canadians are too lazy to think for themselves anymore, and simply accept the propaganda perfected by the Nazis last century. Critical thinking is no longer taught in schools and parents are too tired from multiple jobs to educate their children.

Clearly, Trudeau does not care about either Canada or Canadians but only listens to Klaus Schwab and his comic Nazi friend in the Ukraine.

I am too disgusted to write any more today, and can only offer my apologies to the world for burdening it with such a “thing” which tells the world one thing and practices the opposite at home.

What a hollow suit !

Last week I watched on the Conflict Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) as our PM went to Europe to meet with real, or as real as they get today, leaders over there.

He was as usual well dressed and coiffed and strode like a man full of Klaus Schwab instilled confidence. However, he made such a fool of himself whenever he opened his mouth that I cringed that he really thought he was representing Canada.

Here is a man who said on twitter  (2 Feb 2022) of peaceful truckers:

“Today in the House all MPs unanimously condemned the antisemitic, islamophobia, anti-black racism, homophobia and transphobia that we have ever seen on display in Ottawa over the past number of days. Together. Let’s keep working to make Canada more inclusive.”

Actually, I read Hansard for that day and found no mention of any of the gross accusations the MPs were supposed to have supported. Once again, our PM is promoting his own agenda and words onto others.

At any given time, I suspect there are more of those feelings in the chamber than there was outside where the whole protest was inclusive and full of peace and love. To any one of those MPs who supposedly condemned the protestors on Feb 2 do not make the mistake of thinking this is over. Freedom is too strong. You should cherish it and allow yourselves to be free to support your constituents or you may well get fired next election.

Then the Emergency Act was invoked to deal with a parking problem in Ottawa,  and brutal police enforcement against those who did not resists them even when being held on the ground and kneed, pepper strayed directly into their face, or trampled by horses. Imported thugs waded onto lines of peaceful protestors with batons being used to beat them back even though they were against concrete barriers.  Bill Blair must have been wetting himself with glee and remembering Toronto.

The Emergency Act had to be passed in the HOC and the Senate and it looked as if it would not pass in the Senate, and the parking problem having been brutally solved, so low and behold it was revoked in the nick of time.

But the point here is that this whole thing was about Freedom from being coerced into taking experimental and toxic jabs against a not quite regular flu.  No one in the convoy was a particular  anti-vaxxer, in fact most had already submitted to the coercion and been jabbed, but the illegal mandates towards those who work in the federal jurisdiction of the transport sector and specially to those truckers who crossed the border with the USA, who had to take a ten day quarantine when they came home was too much. Freeland exempted 200,00 civil employees from jabs but these did not include independent truckers. To go from hero to vilification in two years should be reserved for people like Trudeau, except he was never a hero after he rescinded his Election change promise.

So here is this PM over there in Europe talking about Freedom and Democracy and Sovereignty and the Rule of Law which are all things he is denying Canadians.  Can he not see that the whole world is laughing at him?  He is also stealing from our military stockpiles which will have to be replenished, and donating huge sums of money to Ukraine with no idea of how he will pay for it or even what it will actually be used for. That is a subject for another day.

How do you think that the half of the Canadian government cabinet who are also under Klaus Schwab’s thumb feel about all this?  Probably do not care at all.

One more quote from Trudeau:

“While the Emergency Act is over the issue won’t just go way. We need to constantly work to defend our democracy. The Emergency Act was created to flow from and uphold the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. These measures had to be and were compliant with the Charter.”

Defend our democracy? What democracy is he waffling about here? We do not have democracy here in Canada; we have a semi-dictatorship where all the power lies with the PM and the PMO instead of with the people. Anyone who claims we are a democratic country is simply smoking the wrong stuff. How can anyone equate police thuggery and violence in the face of a very peaceful request for return of freedoms, as being in compliance with the charter?

No matter how hard I try I simple can’t imagine that any Act of Parliament should be deliberately in opposition to the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.  Beating up on peacefully demonstrating grannies, reporters and freedom seekers by imported military styled police thugs is in compliance with which Charter from which banana republic?

By the way for the last two years at almost 24 hours a day CBC could be:  Covid/Climate-Catastrophe/Convoy/Conflict Broadcasting Corporation but whichever, it does not serve Canadians as it has all just been propaganda on behalf of a man who is making a fortune from his family trust owning 40% of Aquitas, and getting royalties from every jab around the world.

When Canada really needs a leader where can we find one?

Open letter to a Prime Minister in name only

25 February 2022

To Justin Trudeau

Prime Minister of Canada,

I saw you on your own propaganda Broadcasting Channel (CBC)  today  24th February 2022  as you said:

“Canada condemns in the strongest possible terms Russia’s egregious attack on Ukraine. Canada is taking strong action to stand up for what is right and protect the rights and freedoms of the Ukrainian people. Let me be clear: there will be serious consequences for Russia’s actions. Together with our allies and partners, we will continue to take decisive action to support the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and independence of Ukraine and by extension, democratic principles, freedom, and human rights around the world.”

I have one very simple question for you:

Why did you commit to defend for the people of Ukraine (and all over the world) that which you are, and have been, very busy taking away from the people of Canada?

Perhaps you should be more concerned with what you can do here at home than further poking at a bear.

I do not consent to your actions on any matter any more.
